When preparing a budget, we:
connect technical assumptions with real market prices for materials and services,
clearly distinguish costs on the DC side, AC side and potential BESS,
look at the project from a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) perspective – considering not only purchase price, but also the impact of a given solution on installation costs, service needs and long-term risk.
As a result, the budget is not just a price table; it becomes a decision-making tool: showing which variants make technical and economic sense, and which should be rejected early.
Who we work with on pricing
We prepare quotations in cooperation with several manufacturers and suppliers. When selecting partners, we focus primarily on:
product quality and reliability – we must be comfortable installing and servicing these solutions later,
origin of materials and place of manufacture – in line with our mission and ESG approach, we prefer solutions with predictable quality, transparent supply chains and a reasonable carbon footprint,
the ability to commit to realistic production lead times and delivery schedules aligned with the construction programme.
We are not chasing “the lowest price at any cost”. We are interested in solutions that are cost-rational for the investor and EPC over the full lifetime of the project – from construction through operation.
What you can expect from us
Depending on the project stage and available documentation, we can provide, for example:
an indicative early-stage budget (based on typical assumptions and scope),
a detailed quotation for specific components or packages (e.g. structures + installation),
a comparison of several solution variants, with commentary on what actually drives the cost and risk differences between them.
